The Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ (PCFNZ) in collaboration with a charitable trust called 'Exercise as Medicine NZ' (EAMNZ) have created a new exercise program called Prost-Fit which is designed especially for men diagnosed with prostate cancer.

The programs are conducted by the team at Exercise as Medicine NZ who have significant expertise in training people with chronic conditions including cancer (www.exerciseasmedicinenz.com) and while the courses are usually delivered as small group training led by a trained exercise specialist, the team from EAMNZ have created some online classes for use during Covid-19 (http://exerciseasmedicinenz.com/resources).

If you would like to share the program with your patients or for additional information, please contact Barbara Venville-Gibbons at PCFNZ (communications@prostate.org.nz).
