NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Australia and New Zealand Urological Nurses Society Company Limited by Guarantee (ANZUNS Ltd) will be held online via Zoom Conference on Tuesday, 3 September 2024 at 6:30pm AEST.

Business of the Annual General Meeting 2024
The following business will be conducted at the AGM:
- Welcome and apologies
- Confirmation of the Minutes of the ANZUNS AGM 2023
- President's report
- Audited financial report
- Updates from the Directors and Section Committee Chairs
- Announcement of the new Office Bearers and Directors for the term 2024-2026
- General business:
- Resolution: "To amend the Australia and New Zealand Urological Nurses Society (ANZUNS) Constitution by adding a new Clause 41.7 Subject to Clause 35, the Vice President shall automatically assume the role of President for the subsequent term, following the completion of the current President's term."
- Full agenda to follow
- Close of AGM 2024
The ANZUNS reports and other documents will be sent out to all members via email, closer to the date of the AGM.
Participation & Voting
In accordance with clause 25 of the ANZUNS Constitution:
- Each Full Member has one (1) vote
- Members may vote personally or by proxy or attorney
- A Full Member will not be entitled to exercise their right to vote if at the time of the meeting, their membership fee is overdue and unpaid.
If you wish to appoint another Member as a proxy, please complete the attached proxy form and return it to me via email at kerry.santoro@anzuns.org no later than 2 September 2024 at 5pm AEST.
