VIC-TAS Section members are encouraged to apply for Early Bird Registration Grants for the upcoming ANZUNS Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) in February 2026. This grant is valued at $875.00 (ANZUNS Full Program Early Bird) and, if your application is successful, you will be reimbursed for your registration fees once the VIC-TAS Section receives a copy of your payment receipt. There are three (3) grants available.

Applications must be received no later than 7th January 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Notification of Results: If you are selected for the grant, you will be notified by 9th January 2026. Keep an eye on your inbox during this period to confirm whether your application has been successful.
Once notified, remember to submit a copy of your conference registration receipt to the VIC-TAS Section. Your reimbursement will be processed after this receipt is verified.
If you are a recipient of this grant, you are required to do a short presentation (10-15 minutes) of your experience and learnings in one of the major section events in 2026: 1) Melbourne Metro Study Day, 2) Regional Study Day (location to be confirmed), or 3) Tasmania Study Day.
This grant provides an excellent opportunity for members to attend an important scientific meeting at a reduced cost, helping to ensure broader participation in the event.
