USANZ/ANZUNS Annual Scientific Meeting 2026
Message from the ANZUNS ASM 2026 Convenor
I am beyond honoured to invite you to join us in Melbourne for the 30th Australia and New Zealand Urological Nurses Society Annual Scientific Meeting.
The theme for this year’s meeting is “Celebrating 30 Years of Excellence: Moving Forward, Looking Back”, a fitting tribute to three decades of collaboration, advancement, and dedication within urological nursing. It also reflects the forward-thinking spirit we hope to foster as we continue to evolve as a profession.
Together with the 2026 Scientific Program Chair, Felicity Petricola, we are proud to present a dynamic and inclusive program that will cater to nurses at every stage of their career. With engaging keynote speakers from around the globe including our esteemed international guest Ms Christy Hicks, the president of the Society of Urological Nurses and Associates, engaging debates, and panel discussions addressing emerging challenges and innovations, this meeting promises to be as inspiring as it is educational.
Attending the ASM will offer far more than access to expert knowledge — it is an opportunity to connect with colleagues, share your experiences, and learn from the diverse perspectives of our community. We also encourage you to contribute your voice through our abstract submission process, showcasing your latest research and clinical insights in a supportive and professional forum.
Melbourne, located on the lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Eastern Kulin Nation, is a city renowned for its culture, creativity, and charm. From its vibrant laneways and acclaimed culinary scene to its world-class art galleries and historic architecture, Melbourne offers something for every visitor. We invite you to take time to explore and enjoy all that this incredible city has to offer.
We look forward to welcoming you to Melbourne in 2026 as we come together to celebrate this significant milestone for our profession.
