Queensland Section members are encouraged to apply for Early Bird Registration Grants for the upcoming ANZUNS Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) in February 2025. This grant is valued at $650 and, if your application is successful, you will be reimbursed for your registration fees once the Queensland Section receives a copy of your payment receipt.

Applications must be received no later than 17th January 2025. This is a firm deadline, so it’s crucial to submit your forms ahead of time to ensure your application is considered. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Notification of Results: If you are selected for the grant, you will be notified by 24th January 2025. Keep an eye on your inbox during this period to confirm whether your application has been successful.
Once notified and upon attending the ASM, remember to submit a copy of your conference registration receipt to the QLD Section. Your reimbursement will be processed after this receipt is verified.
This grant provides an excellent opportunity for members to attend an important scientific meeting at a reduced cost, helping to ensure broader participation in the event.
