About the Role:
Reporting to the Urology Nurse Consultant this roleis responsible for Assessment and management of patients with complex urological needs, working closely with the medical team through the outpatient clinic service. Duties for the role will include:
- Patient education, counselling and hospital avoidance.
- Ward rounds and inpatient and outpatient support
- Intravesical therapy treatments – administration and management of patients with bladder cancer.
- Functional urology – assisting with urodynamic procedures.
