Scholarship Criteria, Guidelines & Information
Purpose
The Western Australia State Section Committee of the Australian and New Zealand Urological Nurses is providing scholarships to members who work within the field of Urology and Continence to attend the National Conference in Melbourne 2026.
Eligibility
Applicants must be a registered nurse or physiotherapist. Applicants must currently be registered with their relevant professional registration board and supply proof with their application. Applicants must be a current member of ANZUNS and have been a member for a minimum of 2 years. Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they work in a dedicated urology or continence role or provide evidence of working hours specifically related to urology or continence delivery.
Applicants must work in Western Australia.
Value of Scholarship
One Scholarship of the value of $875 will be awarded to the successful applicant to cover the cost of registration for the National ANZUNS Conference. If you have already registered for the Conference your registration fee will be reimbursed. Receipts must be presented for costs to be reimbursed Meals, airport transfers, insurance and other incidental costs are not included in the scholarship and must be covered by the recipient.
Conditions
The successful applicant will be required to submit a 300-word report and or present at one of The WA Section Education Events in 2026 with details of what you found most beneficial to your ongoing urological/continence practice.
